Do you have any previous experience as a staff member: Yes, I have been playing Gmod since late 2018-early 2019. I have been staff and managing positions on various servers. I have attempted to run/assist running a few military RP, SCP RP, and Police RP servers. I had a Dark RP summer of last year that averaged 20-30 people, I was co-owner and did part of the coding in some of the jobs. I have had to write many documents, rules, guidelines, and create rosters within my time. If needed I can provide server names if asked, and proof.
Why do you want to join the staff team: I have been getting on Gmod the past couple months just to see if they're are any half decent new servers or popular servers. Sadly Gmod is coming to the end of its time, though I found this server and have played with a ton of the players and staff from Civil. I would like to be apart of this team and help to the best of my ability with being able to improve the server and populate the player count. I have had a lot of free time lately and have just been looking for something to do, I like this server and its community and would love to be able to improve it and help.
What is one suggestion you have that could improve the staff team: I would say being able to improve the help with new players would be the best. Though this server is fresh, and there will be improvements made. I believe the biggest issue is new players figuring out what to do and the difference between regiments and others. Guides and encouraging others to ask for help, or even just talking to new players and asking if they have any questions or need help with anything would be great.
Why should you be selected over other applicants: I believe I have a great amount of experience within the staff team. I believe I can bring great things to the server and be able to help the team with improving and helping out with anything that needs assistance. I feel a pretty good amount of people would be able to agree and side with me that I am a great choice for this server and position. I am very active at home when I can be and typically respond fast on Discord if I am needed or not on my PC. I have a good amount of dedication towards servers because I understand it takes time, patience, and improvement. I am also from the USA so I will be able to play in the middle of the day while it is late at night for others. This would improve the late-night minging, possible server crashs and exploiters.
