add a speed gun to Military police on both sides

What do you want to be Changed or Added to the Server?
Add a speed gun to military police so that we can make sure people arent speeding to reduce vdm

Explanation of suggestion?
I think this suggestion will be peak and might be able to lower down on vdm on both sides

How or why does this benefit the server?
less staff need (hopefully)

I personally support it, especially I'm trying make vehicles behave properly, and have nicer speeds, but at same time, the bases don't allow much speed? Since they quite small, so you'd eitehr need make top speed like 15 or less, or idk, but personally I'd say +support
