What positions do you have / did you have? Current PDG CPT former 3rd COL
What are your strongest RP skills? Im direct, efficient, FOB Master mind and and absolute killing machine, i led the most wars for NATO when i was COL over there due to inactive HC and NATO did dominate until i moved to PLR of course, my RP is never disliked.
What are your weakest RP skills? I get along too well with other people in my regiments so if i was PLR HC i would be the odd one out as i dont have qaurels with my peers
Why do you want to join High Command? HC isnt multiple different leaders better than one another but should be a team that run the whole of PLR all making decisions that benefit each other and the Faction, the point of a team is for everyone to put in there own creative unique ideas instead of just doing what 'Vlad' Says.
What qualities make a successful High Command member? Quick thinking (things always change), Communication throughout all lanes, Problem solving capabilities and over all calm and low cortisol during wars to avoid rash and game throwing decisions. they need to be fair and unbiassed during regimental confrontations and Decisions
Is there anything else you want to add about yourself, your goals, or your approach to High Command? PLR will reign for a thousand years if my goals of Making every regiment push aside all personal biasses and hate for one another during wars so that we utilize all the regiments different abilities fully with communication and efficiency so we can get stuff done and be back on the cap point. I also do want to try implement the idea of if there where 3 HC on each one takes control of a lane to reduce stress of checking live map all the time for sit reps on other points and making rash decisons whereas if there where one HC per lane its way more organised. but lets be honest like every other HC i want to be the napoleon of PLR except i win at waterloo.
