Do you have any previous experience as a staff member: Mainly staff on CN for a couple of months back in I think it was 2022, made it to Head Mod before burning out and leaving the server for a while, before that a bunch of smaller long dead servers lost to the archives of darkrp back when it was good.
Why do you want to join the staff team: I have hope that there will be growth in the community in the coming weeks / months and with that an increased number of staff would be required, it is also as simple as it is something else to do that isnt just endless fob building and sliming out PLR in game that can actually help the community past being another body on the server list and its something I think I am able to do to a high standard as I have before.
What is one suggestion you have that could improve the staff team: More transparency when it comes to the power of each upper management and senior staff member so its clearer what responsibilities each person has and can help clear up DMs and complaints going to the wrong people.
Why should you be selected over other applicants: Despite how I have been to some people in the past, including some people who are now members of this community, I believe I would be able to do the job to a high degree of fairness and efficiency, along with having semi recent experience I wouldn't need much teaching in how all of this works.
