Section A: Terms and Important Information
In-Character (IC)
“Refers to actions, dialogue, and behavior that are consistent with the personality, background, and circumstances of YOUR fictional character being portrayed. This means the player speaks and acts as their character would in the game, with their characters ICly LEARNED INFORMATION.”
Out-Of-Character (OOC)
“Refers to when players speak or act as themselves rather than their fictional characters. This occurs when the player steps outside their character to discuss game mechanics, clarify rules, or communicate as themselves.”
Meta-Game
“Refers to using knowledge or information gained outside of the character's experiences to influence in-character decisions or actions.”
Example: Knowing when a faction is flagging up, knowing other players' in-game names without IC knowledge, etc.
Meta-Bait
“Refers to intentionally providing misleading or false information usually by OOC means to provoke meta-gaming by others.”
Example: Talking about getting kidnapped by X person in OOC chat, purposely spreading information without IC Proof, etc.
Fail Roleplay (Fail RP)
“Refers to actions or behavior that break the immersion or rules of the roleplaying scenario, often by acting unrealistically or contrary to the character's established background.”
Minge (Mingeing)
“Refers to behavior that disrupts or detracts from roleplay experiences, often by being disruptive, unrealistic, or against the spirit of the game's roleplaying rules.”
Power-Gaming
“Refers to forcing actions or outcomes on other characters without giving them a chance to respond, often by making overpowered or unrealistic moves.”
Rule-Playing
“Refers to strictly adhering to game rules and mechanics, often at the expense of roleplaying or character immersion. Usually working hand to hand with Power-Gaming, but trying to find loopholes in the rules to go against another ruling.”
Kill on Sight / Optional Kill on Sight (KOS / OKOS)
“Refers to a situation where a character or player is to be attacked or killed immediately upon being seen, typically without prior interaction or negotiation.”
Random Deathmatch (RDM)
“Refers to killing another character without any in-character justification or roleplay context.”
New Life Rule (NLR)
“Refers to the concept where a character does not retain memories or knowledge from their previous life or encounter after respawning or returning to the game, to maintain roleplay integrity and immersion.”
FearRP
“Refers to the concept of a character realistically experiencing fear or responding appropriately to threatening situations, maintaining immersion and authenticity in the roleplay environment.”
Rules of Engagement (ROE)
“Refers to guidelines that specify how players should interact during conflicts or combat scenarios. How to partake in combat scenarios as well.”
Mercy Kill
“Refers to the act of killing a kidnapped Player while trying to save the Player, usually by accident.”
Section B: General Rules
[Overall; Be Respectful to each other, no offensive language]
1.01 - Toxicity
Use respectful language and avoid racial and homophobic slurs, both in-character and out-of-character.
Treat other players with kindness and avoid extensive OOC-rudeness or OOC-toxicity.
1.02 - Spamming
Do not spam in any form, whether in-character or out-of-character.
1.03 - Fail RP
Stay in character and avoid using out-of-character language, including terms like FailRP or FearRP the best you can.
Ensure you are roleplaying to the best of your ability, don't do anything unrealistic or contrary to your character.
1.04 - Erotic Roleplay (ERP)
Do not engage or participate in any form of ERP on any of the Community Platforms or Servers.
1.05 - Staff Disrespect
Show respect to staff members, if you feel a ruling is unfair, handle it by reporting it to a Senior Admin+ or Report the staff member on the Forums.
1.06 - Meta Baiting/Gaming
Refrain from discussing sensitive in-character information in out-of-character chats to prevent meta-gaming and meta-baiting this includes using information from breaking NLR.
1.07 - Exploiting
Exploiting in any way, shape, or form will be punished HARSHLY this includes Rule-Playing, report any type of exploiting to Staff.
1.08 - Keep IRL issues out of the server
Do not share personal information about others on the server without their permission.
Accusing someone of any real life crime should be kept out of any public chats, any issues contact server leadership.
1.09 - Impersonation
You may not copy other player’s in-game names for in-game advantages (Power Gaming).
Do not impersonate Staff or a player ingame or on any community platform.
1.11 - Real World Trading
Trading in-game currency, ingame ranks or items for real-world currency, including USD or any other form of payment outside of the game, is strictly prohibited.
1.12 - New Players
Intentionally misleading or targeting new players (such as harassing about recruiting), lying about rules, or otherwise ruining their experience is considered malicious and will be handled accordingly.
Section C: Gameplay Rules
2.01 - RDM/ROE
Rules of Engagement (seen in Section D) are the only ways to start / join in Combat, not following the ROE will result in punishment.
2.02 - New Life Rule (NLR)
You may not return to place of death for 5 minutes after death, if it is due to an involvement in a Conquest then you may not return till the Conquest is over.
With NLR you will not remember any of the events that lead up to your death, such as information about a kidnapping, who killed/kinapped you, or any other friendlies involved in the situation.
You may break NLR during Wars, Events and other any other situation where staff state that that NLR does not exsist, if you are not sure then ask.
2.03 - Fear RP
Following FearRP rules is mandatory, check Section E for more information on when it exsists.
2.04 - Power Gaming
Performing a "/me" action that defies realistic logic, or giving an unrealistic unfair advantage with no Roleplay Logic is strictly forbidden.
Demanding Ingame Money/Items (Unless drugs from allied Police Force) is prohibited.
2.05 - Money/Item Transfering
Money Transfering or Items (Between Characters) is prohibited. This includes using one character's money/items to influance the other character.
2.06 - Building rules
If you are lucky enough to have permissions to build then you may only build either inside your own bunks/training rooms, areas of the base that you have claimed correctly, inside the sim rooms if permited by staff and finally outside only if permitted by staff, and is not used in anyway for conflict against the enemy side.
2.07 - Mingeing/Being a Minge
Minging or perposly refusing to Roleplay is unacceptable while in a Roleplay setting or Staff Situation.
2.08 - Scamming
Scamming players is strictly prohibited, all trades must be complete if started. If canceled, all items must be returned to its original owner. You can request a Staff member to mediate a trade for trading satisfaction.
2.09 - Combat Baiting
Combat Baiting is strictly prohibited. This refers to initiating KOSable actions (like baiting ROE engagements, perposly damaging players, forcing players into having to use ROE and breaking into enemy bases) without a valid RP reason, solely to provoke the other party into combat.
2.10 - Mercy Killing
Killing a kidnapped player while trying to save them is not allowed.
Section D: Engagement Rules
Unless you are in a KOS/OKOS situation you must follow ROE and engage in roleplay before initiating in player-versus-player combat.
Example:

During wars and conquests teams can KOS eachother without following the ROE rules.
If a player IS after in an area where he should not be then request a staff member remove them from that location.
Any enemy forces inside your teams base is OKOS.
You can use open comms to declare hostile intentions or to warn players but you should give even more time to ensure the player has read and understood. Ex: "All PLR must exit the area of the base, you have 5 mins then we will engage"
Being inside enemy owned terratory can make you AOS as long as they follow the correct fear rp engagement.
Friendlies may assist in conflicts as long as they are in the area and have IC knowledge.
Whenever damage is taken, combat begins
Threats to your life, friends, or allies are REASONABLE reasons to kill the aggressor.
(Insults are not a reasonable reason to kill an aggressor)
Section E: Fear RP Rules (Kidnapping)
To initiate Fear RP with a player, outnumber them 2 to 1, aim weapons at them, and issue commands. Once all three conditions are fulfilled, Fear RP applies to the player.
When handcuffed or restrained, you are required to adhere to Fear Roleplay rules as long as at least one weapon is aimed at you.
FearRP is applied ONLY IF the aggressors are in audible and visible range. Compliance with the kidnappers is mandatory if specified conditions are met.
The conditions of FearRP are uplifted if Combat begins before getting restraint.
Groups of +4 are unfearRPable
To get captured again the cooldown is 30 minutes between kidnappings.
You are not allowed to communicate through any means, including Discord, teampseak or in-game platforms, once you are subjected to FearRP or restrained. Your communication privileges will be restored upon gaining freedom.
Maximum holding time of a kidnapped player is 20 minutes
(TIME IS PAUSED IF STAFF ARE THERE). Interactions must be done with the kidnapped Player every 5 minutes
FearRP can only be initiated on someone inside a vehicle once the vehicle has come to a stop. Driving / Flying off while getting put under FearRP is not allowed.
Armored Vehicles cannot be Fear RPed.
AFK players are immune to getting kidnapped only inside their own base.
You cannot return to your base to avoid Fear RP.
Bringing kidnapped players into any spawn area is not allowed.
Killing a kidnapped player while trying to save them is not allowed.
Selling Kidnapped Person Price Limit
A General or a Marshall must always purchase any Kidnap requests if they have the money to do so (you can be checked), you may attempt one rescue attempt every 30 mins, meaning even if more people get kidnapped you can't make another attempt till you have waited 30 mins.
