Do you have any previous experience as a staff member: Yes multiple ranks on many servers, been from T-mod to Head Admin
Why do you want to join the staff team: i wanna join the staff team due to the low numbers of staff on the server that are able to enforce rules and make sure that everyone has a good time, as currently it seems like there is only 2 staff i acc see doing staff sits and dealing with stuff like that and i would like to improve that.
What is one suggestion you have that could improve the staff team: Listening to the community more as currently it seems like the staff team dont really "hear" what some of the community members say and then issues happen and they get worst and new members end up leaving due to it
Why should you be selected over other applicants: Ive got tones of experience and want to make sure people are treated all the same and any punishment should be dealt with proper evidence
