What do you want to be Changed or Added to the Server?
A way for someone/everyone get access to VoiceAmp or Radio, depending on situation

This suggestion, doesn't come 100% from me, credits go to Stefan too for pointing it out
Basically, I believe to prevent issues of lacking HC/AC or just Higher Ups in a side, it would be nice, and interesting, and depending on execution, useful too.
A way to everyone, or just a certain rank, "request" or get voiceamp/radio, to lead wars and etc, this would be better, than forcing them to stop, and type, and in general the idea is (can be changed)
- No HC/AC or No Reg.Com, then someone above a certain rank, can do like /voiceamp, or something like that and get it | However, if there's HC/AC and/or Reg.Com, the command won't work, or goes through a request, and must be approved
The main reason is, now currently only the following can use it: LTCOL/LTCMD only? It restricts a lot of people, and early on the server status, it can be a issue, also for late wars, were there's no higher command, it could help some people lead these late night wars
How or why does this benefit the server?
Just give a better chance and "base" for people to lead, it would feel unfair, for one side that has active people and higher ranks, to always have someone leading, and being able give calls/orders easily, and the other one, having to type out everything and etc
